Lawyer graduated with honors from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil. He has a Master’s degree in Business Legal Advice from the Instituto de Empresa (I.E.), in Madrid, Spain, as well as a Specialist and Master (E) in Procedural Law from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, Ecuador headquarters.

He concentrates his practice in litigation, civil liability, commercial arbitration, as well as specializing in the corporate area, in corporate matters, banking, competition, insurance, aeronautics and hydrocarbons.

He has advised Ecuadorian and multinational companies in company restructuring, as well as in mergers and acquisitions. He has a lot of experience in solving controversies and complex litigation, as well as in handling administrative processes.

Within her professional practice of more than 20 years of experience, she has worked in important law firms in the cities of Guayaquil and Quito, as well as being an internal legal advisor for a leading multinational in the oil and gas sector. She has served as external Director of a recognized Fund and Trust Administrator in the country and as Executive Director of an ONG.

She was a professor of civil procedural law, obligations and contracts at the Espiritu Santo University of Specialties in Guayaquil.
