Master in International Trade Law from the International University of La Rioja, Spain.

He has a track record of more than seven years in the public sector, mainly in the National Customs Service of Ecuador, in which he performed functions related to the creation of customs regulations, customs control, international relations and litigation.

Also in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Cuenca canton, performing management and advisory functions regarding various matters, mainly international public procurement.

He is an undergraduate and graduate teacher, dictating the subjects of Customs Regime, Maritime Law; and Maritime Insurance and Reinsurance at the Universidad del Pacífico in the city of Guayaquil.

Specialized in the areas of customs law, constitutional law, maritime law, international commercial law, both public and private, as well as alternative methods for conflict resolution.
